Dauren 'AdreN' Kystaubayev, 1 time major winner and MVP, has founded an organisation called 'Novaq'. With this new organisation, he has brought together a team of Kazakhstan born players to represent his org in Counter-Strike. AdreN has trusted leadership of Novaq on the server to none other that Sanzhar 'neaLaN' Iskhakov, who will be coached by AdreN himself. The team is totally and fully funded by AdreN's own money.

AdreN told HLTV that his ambition was to take a team of young players "who are eager to improve and learn something new". All he needed to do was help them to "take the next step." AdreN feels like he is giving these young and upcoming players a platform to be able to break into the scene. I am a person that can provide "a bootcamp and a person who can give them what they lack."
