PGL Astana Day 5 RECAP

All teams have now either made it to playoffs or been eliminated from the tournament here at Astana 2025. Here is a rundown of todays matches!
NIP vs G2:
The first game of the day was unexpected, NIP bested G2 a swift 2:0 in their series, allowing them to make playoffs to play in front of a crown for the first time in 900 days!
Aurora vs ODDIK:
The second game of the day between the Turks and Brazilians ended with ODDIK being eliminated and seeing the former Eternal Fire squad head to playoffs.
MIBR vs Virtus.Pro:
The final decider game to see who would be staying in Kazakhstan or flying home was between MIBR and Virtus.Pro. Surprisingly the Brazilian team were able to take VP all the way to 3 maps and were able to close it out on Ancient. This allows MIBR to the playoffs and unfortunately sends Virtus.Pro back home, eliminated from the tournament.
